Part 2: Self-Reflection Questions (10 points)

Answer the following questions in 3-5 sentences each:

1. Which entrepreneurial traits do you think are your strongest? How have they helped you
in past experiences?

My creativity is my best quality. I like coming up with fresh solutions to issues, which enables
me to contribute concepts for group projects. This facilitates work and promotes innovative
ideas.

2. Which traits do you need to improve on? What steps can you take to develop them?

I need to be more confident when sharing ideas. I sometimes worry that my ideas are lacking. I'll
work on this by speaking up more during discussions and reminding myself that every thought is
important and advances my development. In order to feel more at ease expressing my opinions, I
will also ask for feedback.

3. Have you ever taken an initiative (in school, work, or personal life) that showed an
entrepreneurial mindset? Describe the situation and your role.

When I realized that I and my classmates were having trouble in a challenging class, we formed
a study group. We all improved as a result of the meetings we set up and the notes we shared
together. This project improved my leadership abilities and fostered a positive learning
atmosphere.

4. What kind of business or career path excites you the most? Why do you think you would
succeed in it?

I enjoy helping people, which is why I am excited about a career in healthcare. I will succeed
because I work hard, am patient, and am willing to learn new things. Additionally, I'm looking
for more effective ways to help nursing students.

5. How do you handle challenges and failures? Provide an example.

I maintain my upbeat attitude and grow from my errors. When faced with a challenging lesson, I
searched for assistance from my teacher and went over the content again until I grasped it. I
learned the importance of determination and asking for assistance from this.

Part 3: My Entrepreneurial Action Plan (5 points)

Write a short action plan (5-7 sentences) on how you will develop your entrepreneurial
mindset. Include:
 A skill or trait you want to improve
 Specific actions you will take
 A timeline for your improvement

I'm going to focus on cultivating my problem-solving techniques in order to develop my

entrepreneurial mindset. I'll do this by constantly looking for problems, coming up with original
solutions, and researching how successful entrepreneurs have overcome challenges. Over the
next three months, I'll take part in workshops on critical thinking and decision-making to hone
this ability. I will also make time every week to think back on issues I face and consider creative
fixes. I'll keep a journal of my observations and assess how my solutions affect results to monitor
my progress. In six months, I want to be able to confidently tackle challenging issues and come
up with original, workable solutions.
