Sub: Urgent Action Needed to Ensure Child Safety in Public Transport
Sir,
I am writing to express my deep concern about the perilous practice of overcrowding in auto-rickshaws and vans, particularly with
school children, a sight all too common in our cities today. It is disheartening to witness children precariously seated, risking their
safety and well-being.
I urge the authorities to take immediate and stringent measures to curb this dangerous practice. Implementing stricter regulations,
conducting regular inspections, and raising awareness about the importance of child safety during transportation are vital steps. It
is the collective responsibility of the government, school authorities, and parents to ensure the safety of our children during their
commute.
I implore the concerned authorities to address this issue promptly to protect our children from potential harm.
Yours sincerely,

Subject: Urgent Action Needed for Drain Cleaning to Prevent Disease Outbreak
Respected Sir/Madam,
I am writing to express my grave concern about the lack of proper drainage cleaning in our city. The accumulation of garbage and
stagnant water in the drains poses a serious health hazard. It is not only a breeding ground for diseases but also a potential trigger
for an outbreak in our community.
As a responsible citizen, I urge you to take immediate action. Regular cleaning of drains and proper waste management are
essential to prevent the spread of diseases and ensure the well-being of the residents. Additionally, organizing awareness
campaigns about the importance of cleanliness and waste disposal would educate the public and encourage them to cooperate.
I kindly request your prompt attention to this matter. Ensuring a clean and healthy environment is our collective responsibility, and
I believe your swift action will greatly contribute to our city's overall well-being.
Thank you for your attention.
Yours Sincerely
Alka/Ashish
