Amount available 2,655,000
Bank overdraft 800,000
Amount available after 100%
payment of bank loan: 1,855,000
Unsecured creditors; 4,030,000
At least 50% 2,015,000
So the remaining amount is not sufficient to settle at least 50% of unsecured
creditors.
So, the distribution ratio will be 800,000 : 2,015,000
800 : 2015
Summation 2815
(2655000 x
800/2815)
Payment for bank loan (O/D) = 754,529
(2655000 x
2015/2815)
Payment for unsecured creditors = 1,900,471
2,655,000

Workings:
As the Available amount to pay the Bank Overdraft and 50% of Unsecured Creditors is not Enough, we have to
perform the 100:50 test to make the distribution Schedule.
Bank Overdraft : 50% of Unsecured Creditors
= 20,000: 50% of 317,600
= 200 : 1,588
= 1,788
So, Payment from the Available 11,500 will be distributed as follows:
Bank Overdraft = (11,500 * 200) / 1,788
= 1,286
Unsecured Creditors = (11,500 * 1,588) / 1,788
= 10,214
NOTES:
1. Here Receiver’s fee on Cash in Hand has been considered to be included.
2. The maximum amount of salary can be 2000 tk for each employee and rest of the amount will be shown as
Unsecured creditors.
3. Recievers fee:
1st 10,00,000 – 10% ; 10,00,001- 2 core – 5% ; Above 2 core – 1%
