Important Instructions for CBSE Board Examinees

To ensure a smooth and stress-free examination experience, all students


are required to adhere to the following guidelines:

🕒 Arrival & Timing

 Students must report to the school by 8:15 a.m. on all examination


days.
 If you are heading directly to the exam center, you must arrive no later
than 9:30 a.m.
 Students requesting a drop-off on the way to school must provide a
parental consent letter, and a parent must be present at the
designated boarding point.

👔 Uniform & Identification

 All students must be in full school uniform (Grey). Appearance should


be neat and formal.
 You must carry your Admit Card (Hall Ticket) and School ID Card
every day. Entry will not be permitted without them.

✒️ Stationery & Essentials

 Use only a blue ballpoint pen. Carry all necessary stationery in a


transparent pouch.
 Water must be carried in a transparent bottle

🕒 Prohibited Items & Conduct

 Digital watches, mobile phones, calculators, and all other electronic


gadgets are strictly prohibited
 Strict discipline must be maintained at all times within the
examination center and the hall.
✨Personal Preparation

 We encourage students to seek the blessings of their parents and elders


before leaving home to start the day with positivity and confidence.

You have built your proficiency through hard work, late nights, and
practice. You already have the knowledge within you.

Keep your mind in the present, your focus on the paper, and your heart full of
confidence. You have the blessings of your parents and the support of your
teachers.
