Chief executive Yang di-Pertuan Agong (The King) - The supreme head of the country - Above everyone in the country - Cannot be convicted in any trial but does not have absolute immunity - Being selected by rotation among the Malay rulers of 9 states. Council of Rulers - Represented by the Rulers/Sultans and Yang Dipertua Negeri - To safeguard the status and interest of Malay rulers - To solve administrative affairs of the country The Cabinet - Lead by the Prime Minister - Including other Ministers appointed by Yang di-Pertuan Agong - To issue government policies and acting as an advisory body to the King.

Areas of jurisdiction : Power to interpret the Constitution Power to interpret a law Power to proclaim a written Federal or State law invalid Power to declare a government action as invalid in the eyes of law Three (3) levels in judicial system : Federal Court High Court (High Court of Malaya, Sarawak & Sabah High Court) Lower Court (Session Court, Magistrate Court and Penghulu Court)
