MySQL Installation Procedure 1. Download mysql-installer file. 2. Once downloaded, execute the file by double-clicking it.

Click Run if the following screen is displayed.

3. The following message will be displayed.

4. Another screen will pop-up. Click Install MySQL Products to continue.

5. Tick I accept the license terms and click Next.

6. Tick Skip the check for updates and click Next.

7. Then follow the rest of the steps shown below.

Note: You will need this password to connect to the server when starting MySQL Workbench. Make sure you remember your password.
