Introduction
Many modern technologies have passed and there is still no solution for one problem, Poverty.
But somehow one role of technology is for convenience and to serve the people well. Furthermore, it was a great contribution for a certain technology to make history and stop manual labor. Modern Technology comprises most businesses for easy work and to avoid time consuming. Especially to our presentation, Clinics or Barangay Health Center will be conveniently serving patients with less time and hassle.
Chapter 2. Problem Definition
One problem that the APRS may solve is that you may be able to ensure that the old documents of patients will be properly arranged. Cause of improperly arranged documents or records will slow down your process and stop the fast flow of recording development. Careless duplicating of records could lead the Doctors or Nurses to confused stock of patients records, which could make a big effect to the manual performance of people. That is why on the brighter side, APRS is developed to satisfy the user with a user-friendly interface that allows you to add, delete or edit a record and maintain its position with a Patient ID Field.
