ABSTRACT At this time utilization computer in various department more extensive. Information Technology become a necessaries to make easier and faster to give a new information. Many kind government instance or self government race to build and make an Information Technology as an addition tool. Even this now Information Technology as like basic thing the company and instance government must have. At government instance, public service become the first. This situation based to fact that the government is a public servant. Persecution to give an efficient, fast, and transparent service is very high. A service more efficient, fast, and transparent and of course that good result for development process in various department. Universitas Islam Negeri Sunan Gunung Djati Bandung as education institution under Departemen Agama must give an efficient, fast, and transparent service. EGovernment Procurement is a mechanism utilization digital technology to transformation government activities in procurement/sell/tender department where an application and information technology (computer and telecommunication) involve as enabler to execute the process used. E-Government Procurement become one of Information Technology product and hoping can give an efficient and transparent service at Universitas Islam Negeri Sunan Gunung Djati Bandung. In this case a writer using Rational Unified Process (RUP) method as a software iterative development process and a center point is use case driven. At least, this Eprocurement be hope to be facility between public and Universitas Islam Negeri Snan Gunung Djati Bandung institution in procurement commodity/service.
