FASTENER DETAILS FOR NON PENETRARING MOUNT

N. B. : At the time of installation, Pls remember that Outer Base angle-2 is large in length than the Inner Base Angle-3 but
both of them has three holes to mount with L-clamp and inner Base Angle.

Step - 2

Place the positioner part on to the Mast pipe and fix with fastener 3/4 x 3 -01 Nos. (Center Bolt).

(Note :- Do not tighten the center bolt at time of Installation).

Step - 3

Fix the Azimuth screw Holding bush on to The Mast pipe (As Shown in Figure).

Step 4

Fix the other end of the Azimuth screw to the Positioner using 3/8 x 1 (prefix) as shown in The figure.

Step 6

Place (Reflector + backup) assembly on to the Positioner and fasten using 5/8 x 5 01 set. Fix the Elevation rod using related fasteners (As shown In figure). Elevation screw holding bush is prefixed with The help of 3/8 x 1 with backup.
