The Montgomery County Planning Department invites residents, business owners, and
all interested parties to participate in the Gaithersburg West Master Plan (GWMP). The
focus of the Master Plan is on the future of the Shady Grove Life Sciences Center (LSC)
and the alignment and stations for the Corridor Cities Transitway (CCT). The area
covered by the GWMP includes all of the areas shown in blue on the map on the
reverse side. The GWMP does not include any areas within the municipal boundaries
of the City of Gaithersburg or the City of Rockville.
We welcome your participation, ideas, and suggestions and encourage you to attend all
the meetings.
