MediaCom Pre-Process Guidelines

The process will have two parts - a written submission and an interaction. For the written submission, applicants should answer three questions by 8PM on December 14th regarding their expectations, where MediaCom can improve, and initiatives they could bring. An interaction with the senior team will then take place on the same day, evaluating conviction, knowledge, communication skills, and job fit. A detailed time schedule is provided for the interviews.

MediaCom Pre-Process

The process will be divided into two parts. Both will be judged individually. 1. Written submission 2. Interaction

Written Submission
1. What do you expect from MediaCom and what can we expect from you? 2. Give at least 5 points where you think MediaCom has lacked. How you think you can improve it? 3. 5 initiatives which you can bring to the table. Try to be as innovative as possible keeping in mind the objective of the committee. Deadline: 8PM 14th December 2011

Interaction
