Employee Activity Tracking System

The project aims to track employee activities and schedules through an activity scheduler. It allows users to maintain their own appointment schedules and view other employees' schedules by searching by name or department. Special users can maintain schedules for other employees. The personal details page displays a logged-in user's information, which they can edit and submit changes. The system requires Windows 2000/XP, JSP, HTML, servlets, JDBC, Oracle 9i, a Pentium IV 2GHz processor or greater, 256MB RAM or more, 5GB free disk space, and Apache Tomcat 4.06 server.

SYNOPSIS

PROJECT TITLE: WORK FLOW SYSTEM


DESCRIPTION:
Main aim of this project was to keep track of all the activities of an
employee in an Organization. Activity Scheduler is a highlight of this
project that provides the user with ability to maintain their
appointment schedules as well as view schedules for people across
the organization. A Search engines provided for locating the
schedule of other employees based on the employee name,
department etc. Special rights are given to particular users in the
system to maintain schedules of other employee in the organization.
The page that contains the Personal Details has the information of
the person logged in, which he or she can edit and submit the
changes .

Software Requirements :

Platform : Windows 2000, Windows XP

Front End Tool : JSP, HTML

Middle Layer : Servlets, JDBC

Back End Tool : Oracle 9i

Hardware Requirements :

Processor : Pentium IV 2GHZ

RAM : 256 DDR RAM or Greater

Server : Apache Tomcat 4.06
