NIM/MBA/ST/SRS/50/98 Date: 22/05/98

To,

Dear Sir,

Sub : Summer training facility to our students.

We are a premier business-school, offering MBA Program under auspices of University of Pune.
Within the short span of our existence, NAVJEEVAN INSTITUTE OF MANAGEMENT has
achieved excellent results both in terms of academics and corporate placements. Our success is
largely due to active co-operation & participation of practicing manager’s guidance.

As a part of MBA curriculum, the students are required to under go summer training for about 50
days during June-July ’98 in organisations.

This is to facilitate the students to get a feel of corporate activities and undertake a live project on
some management-related areas. The project is to be done under guidance of a project head from
the organisation. At the end of the project the students are required to make oral & written
presentations which is evaluated for course credit. Whilst it is not obligatory to pay any stipend
during this period, the final decision is yours.

We request you kindly to accord an opportunity to our student: Miss Shalaka R. Shah to undergo
summer training in your organisation.

Looking forward to your co-operation and greater interactions in future.

With warm regards.

Yours Sincerely

Hemant Purandare.
Placement Co-ordinator.
