The administrator supports decision-making by selecting the 'Daily Reports' form to access accurate and timely data about operations, allowing for informed strategies and adjustments. This access requires the administrator to be logged in, thus ensuring that secure and authenticated actions occur within the system .

An administrator modifies a category by selecting the 'Modify Category' form from the system, checking for available categories, selecting the one to be modified, and changing the name as required. The prerequisite is that the user must be logged in as an administrator .
