REGISTRATION PROCEDURE 32 teams can register for the event. Team of 4 consisting of 3 players and a sub.

sub. Registration fee is Rs.200 per team. Team can register online. Slots for the game shall be allotted on a first-come-first-serve basis. Registrations must be done on or before 15th September, 2011. Teams who register online must make their payment latest by 9.45am on 16th September, 2011. Team must register in the format as given online that is, College Name: Team Name: Team Captain: Captains Phone Number: Captains E-mail: The event begins at 10.00am up to 04.30pm with a break from 12.30pm to 01.30pm on 16th September, 2011. Teams that have registered must report and buy their slots. Teams can make their payment if possible beforehand to block their slots. Registration shall NOT be entertained past the deadline. Failure to make it for the match in time shall award the opposition team (as per fixture) a walkover.

Rules and Regulations


The event will be conducted as a knock-out tournament. 2 pools of 16 teams each will have matches scheduled. Only winners of each match shall advance to the next round. The winning team shall win a cash prize of Rs.4000. Second place earns a cash price of Rs.1500. The highest goal scoring team in the tournament wins Rs.500. Each match will be for 7 minutes without half-time. Time shall be kept with a running clock. Failure to make it for the match in time shall award the opposition team (as per fixture) a walk-over. Team members must compulsorily wear Canvas Shoes. Bare feet or boots are strictly PROHIBITED. Overhead play is NOT permitted. No offside. No goal-keepers. (Not more than one should cover the goal) 2 Minute Sin Bin (Send Out) for misconduct. If a player is Sin Binned twice in a match, he shall miss the next match (Normal booking procedure). Only indirect free-kicks shall be awarded in the case of fouls. Ball-out will be taken from the sidelines with a pass alone. No throw is allowed. Referees decision shall be final. A flying sub is allowed per team. Substitutions can be made only at the half-line. No restrictions on frequency of substitutions. The line referee must be notified during the substitution process. Substitute shall enter the turf only after the present player has exited. Goals scored only after the half-line (i.e., from within opponents half) shall be counted. Referees decision remains final. Any sort of serious misconduct by the team or player shall lead to elimination of the team from the tournament. In the case of a draw, penalty shootouts with two normal penalties without goalkeepers. On account of a draw yet again, sudden death shall be played with back-heel penalties from the half-line without goalkeepers. On the event of a goal, the game shall commence from the end where the goal was scored.
