CHAPTER-1 Introduction

IntroductionThis is an internship report. Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) Course requiresa three months attachment with an organization followed by a report assigned by thesupervisor in the organization and endorsed by the faculty advisor. I took the opportunityto do my internship in an international telecom company what is one of the leadingtelecom service provider in Bangladesh,Robi .Under the proper guidance of on site supervisor Khandaker Raihan Sayed,I haveconducted my study on Recruitment and Selection process in Robi. My facultysupervisor Ms. Afsana Akhtar, Assistant Professor of BRAC University, alsoapproved the topic and authorized me to prepare this report as part of the fulfillment of internship requirement and gave me proper guidance and assistance over time
