Target

Scope: Design , develop and enable Time Management solution to control time and manage financial reporting using PPM. Design ,develop and enable enhanced project workflow capabilities to support HGST ePLC process to include additional wokflows, go live steps and approvals. Progress   Time Management Process presented to Rigo (Finance) Time Management configurations implemented in PPM Prod for a pilot group. Results Positive started submitting time sheet in PPM Prod as of this week. Hours charged to a Project by Resource Portlet on a Project Summary Page completed in Dev Total Hours charged to a Project by Resource Type (contractor vs full time) on a Project Summary Page developed in PPM dev Action Items to get the PPM prod ready for Time Management implementation and go-live provided to stake holders Next Steps and Upcoming Activities / Key Meetings 1. 2. 3. Provide Time management process to CIO Start configurations on ePLC process Develop Time Management Report for Rigo
