Community Health Issues Overview

The document identifies three main community health problems: 1) Poor environmental sanitation due to improper garbage disposal and presence of human and animal feces attracting insects. 2) An open drainage system where the local river serves as drainage but contains garbage and poses health risks as waters breed insects and rodents carrying diseases. 3) The threat of cross infection from communicable diseases as some community members report illnesses like coughs and colds that could spread if ignored.
