Small Scale Project Definition Process

The Small Scale Projects Process Model outlines five key stages: 1) Setting up the project with the client and team, producing a draft project definition. 2) Initiating the project where the team develops a creative proposal and project initiation document. 3) Authorizing the project where the team pitches the proposal and gets sign off. 4) Giving ad hoc advice through mentoring and feedback. 5) Confirming project closure through evaluations, assessments, and critical reflection.
