City College

(DEPARTMENT OF MANAGEMENT STUDIES)

CODE OF CONDUCT FOR STUDENTS


 Dress code shall be adhered to strictly. Formal dress with tie is

compulsory from Monday to Saturday. College uniform (Formal


dress with Blazer suit) is must on every Thursday & also on other
events like seminar, presentation etc. Decent casual dress can be
maintained on every Friday. It may be noted that wearing of T
shirts without collar and jeans is totally banned. Students need to
maintain good personal hygiene and grooming.
 It is reminded that as per the rules of the Bangalore University,

attendance of a minimum of 75% is mandatory and it shall not be


relaxed under any circumstances. Penalty for shortage of
attendance shall be “NOT GETTING THE ADMISSION
TICKET FOR THE EXAMINATION”.
 Usage of cell phone/Mobiles is banned on the Campus. Hence

avoid Mobile on the Campus or shall attract penalty up to


confiscation of the Handsets.
 While the student may be allowed to listen to the lecture at the
discretion of the faculty, attendance shall not be marked present
for late-comers.
 Wearing of Chappals is strictly banned in the college premises.

 Student must be seated in class at 08:55 am.
