Special Instructions
The following documents are required with the registration from:-

i.) An attested copy of NADRA I.D. Card


ii.) Attested copies of professional degrees/ Provisional Certificate.
iii.) Three I.D Card size colored photographs (duly attested).
iv.) Registration Fee, for:
a. Initial Registration Rs. 500/-
b. DVM who applies for registration after the lapse of six months from the
date of passing their final examination Free Rs. 750/-
c. Renewal (per anum) Rs. 300/- (Minimum three years)
d. For additional entry of post Graduation Degree (one time Fee) Rs. 500/-
e. Registration of Ph.D degree from Pakistan Rs. 1000/-
f. Registration of Ph.D degree from Abroad Rs. 2000/-
g. Life long-registration Rs. 5000/-
h. Urgent registration fee Rs. 200/-
i. Pocket size registration card Rs. 100/-
j. Fee for letter of Good professional standing Rs. 3000/-

N.B: Only pay order/bank draft in the name of Pakistan Veterinary Medical Council,
Islamabad is acceptable.
