Koda Resources Ltd. announced changes to its board of directors and management. Mr. Earl Terris resigned as director and president, while Mr. Eugene Laraby resigned as a director. Mr. Anthony Remedios, a lawyer, was appointed as the new director and interim president. Mr. Brad Barrett, a Vancouver businessman, was also appointed as a new director. Additionally, 1,750,000 shares representing a controlling interest in the company were sold to the Canada-UK-US Hing Shing Group Ltd.
