Writing letter of complaint


Write a letter of complaint to the British Council. Choose one of the following
complaints.
Complaint 1

The British Council decided to have intensive courses for the


entire year and not just before and after Ramadan. This is
difficult for you for a number of reasons.

Complaint 2

You are not happy with the quality of teaching and the
course book in a specific course.

Complaint 3

You went to reserve for the next level. The customer


services agent told you that there isnt a 7.45 class for your
level.
