why he is not agree with the proposal of the project. We have to try to convince Mr Peter
that the project is profitable and its the cheapest options for our company. If Mr Peter
does not convince then we have to listen to him that why he is not agree with our

proposal if he provide a cheaper proposal than our proposal then we have to follow his
proposal, or if he doesnt agree and had no cheaper option then we have to take the
decision without his permission. From my point of view, we have to remain him on his

other research techniques, and could include both present and historical information

Workshop 2 (Networking)
What could be the link with networking in general?
I think its important to know about international business protocol for example while
changing cards, taking decisions, beginning discussion, entering meeting room and many
more. The approach with networking in general can help us in many aspects. For example,
helping someone in hard times may make you feel spiritual and it can help us in exchanging
and getting information and can contribute to achieve and maintain success.
Networking is creating a fabric of personal contacts who will provide support, feedback,
insight, resources, and information and simultaneously one of the most self-evident and one
of the most dreaded developmental challenge.
Which hints apply to building up a network as well?
1. Ask members of your current network for referrals.
2. Join professional or trade organizations.
3.

Attend professional/trade meetings, shows, etc.

4. Volunteer
5. Attend networking events.
6.

Contact former professors, college alumni association, and/or career-services

office

7. Join or ramp up your activities on social and professional networking sites

8. Join or start job club
9. Conduct informational interviews
10. Contact former co-workers, vendors, customers/clients.
Business networking is an effective low-cost marketing method for developing sales
opportunities and contacts, based on referrals and introductions - either face-to-face at
meetings and gatherings, or by other contact methods such as phone, email, and
increasingly social and business networking websites.
Note down the ten most important characteristics (or skills) of a networker, bring
them to class.
1. Always Follow up
2.

Having positive attitude: negative attitude drive away your referrals

3.

Enthusiasm: motivation

4.

they set appointments and follow emails etc.

Look at the following bullet list from a professional event e.g. a conference.
What would you have to prepare for each of these aspects? How could you
prepare for this?
1. Dress code: (suit) When you attend a conference, you often do so with
the intention of establishing connections and creating impressions with
other professionals in your field. As a result, you should put your best foot
forward in the fashion department. Before you decide what to wear, verify
whether or not the conference you attend has any guidelines for dress.
Otherwise, use your best judgment to determine what level of dress your
conference requires. A suit always looks professional. Be sure to keep
suits clean and wrinkle-free.

2. List of participants: look up for information about participants so you can

communicate well with each of them

contact, repeat the person's name, and exchange business cards or any
other pieces of relevant information before you walk away.)
