Strengths:

Objectives stated on the board


Greeting the students and asking about the day and date
Better voice intonation and voice
Clapping and using positive oral feedback
Good video and PPT but needed more emphasis to support students learning
Using eyes on me to attract attention
Body language to indicate to start and good work
Monitoring and checking answers
Try to motivate the students by stickers to prompt them to work well
Prompting struggling students
Attracting the students attention to answer the worksheet
Using the rewarding box to control the students
Talking to the students to stop going to the toilet
Checking the answers with the whole class
The students were more controlled with the reward box
Displaying the worksheet on the board
Singing clean up to be prepared for the next activity
Calling group by group to sit on the floor
Linked to PDP with clear objectives stated
Your language is good and suitable for the students
Doing the actions in the story
Showing the cover page and asking the student to point on the animals in the story
Seating the students back again
Clear flashcards presented on the PPT
Added an extra activity which is making animals
Showed a model of a handmade frog prepared previously

Suggestions:

Students were off-track waiting for you to connect the laptop


The video was a bit confusing, the students did not know what is the main idea of

watching it
Keep your eyes on the students, they were not paying attention
Dont go through the slides quickly
It was a little bit confusing to run between the slides really fast
Keep the written sentence on the board to display actions
Try to control the class, they were not paying attention
Count to prompt them to take the booklet faster
The students were not paying attention while giving instructions to the worksheet
Some students were not doing the worksheet, you need to monitor them
Wait until they all finish, not all of them were listening to you
Let the students answer with you on the board
The concepts of the lesson needed more emphasis and explanation
Model the correct pronunciation through a lot of drilling
Keep your eyes on the students while sitting on the carpet, some were moving
You need to spend more time with the flashcards, the were not listening to you
Better to show the instruction demonstrated in front of the students
Provide some materials to the students, the time wasted not knowing what to do
Give clear instructions to help them know what to do
