FEAPS 4.A
Analyzes and applies data from multiple
assessments and measures to diagnose
students learning needs, informs instruction
based on those needs, and drives the learning
process.
The artifact I chose also matches up with
FEAPS 1e. I used my connected lesson where I
took the assessments and data from the
previous days lesson to enhance the lesson for
the next day.

FEAPS 4.B
Designs and aligns formative and summative
assessments that match learning objectives and
lead to mastery.
I used the same artifact as I did with FEAPS 1d
because it also shows that I use both summative
and formative assessments that match the
learning objectives I used for that particular
lesson.

FEAPS 4.C
Uses a variety of assessment tools to monitor
student progress, achievement and learning
gains.
Again, I also chose the same artifact as FEAPS
1c because this was the one of many
assessment tools I used that was not only used
for instruction but assessing my students as
well. It was a great way to monitor their
progress, and their achievement throughout the
lesson.

FEAPS 4.D
Modifies assessments and testing conditions to
accommodate learning styles and varying levels
of knowledge.
The artifacts I chose were from the sections of
my lesson plans that modified the lesson for
students who mastered the content and
students that were struggling. Both students
were accommodated during this particular
lesson.

Shares the importance and outcomes of
students assessment data with the student and
the students caregiver.
My artifact is an essay we had to grade at the
end of a unit. They had to bring that home and
have their parents sign and return the essay
showing that both the student and their parents
saw and recognized the students grade on that
particular assessment.

Applies technology to organize and integrate
assessment information.
My artifact is my technology infused lesson
plan, where I had an interactive SMART board
lesson to go along with the content I was
teaching. Students got a chance to come up and
use the technology as well.
