Location notes

Why did I choose this location?


This is the location I will be filming my opening sequence at.
It is the driveway next to my house and I think it is a good
choice as it looks desolate, dirty and rocky, all things,
which are perceived as miserable and depressing, which are the
emotions I want my sequence to evoke.
This is where the whole production will take place as I feel
keeping it in a closed off environment such as this adds to
the tension of the scene and makes the viewer more
claustrophobic as a result. Plus keeping it at one location
adds to the ease of filming, as I dont have to move all my
heavy equipment from place to place.
From the pictures you can see where roughly the equipment will
be placed. Since the floor is flat and not really bumpy, it
means I can be less accurate with the tripod, so it saves
production time.
