Roles of the important things that help to know everyone responsibility in our life.
At the school that we can see a role with the manager is can control all school, so
she has the greatest responsibility then the teacher can control the class. The
students when seeing the manager and teachers respect this role of school they
also respect the same.
The teachers in school have a lot of responsibilities. One of them helps students to
be a good and teach them how to be nice with everyone. They not explain
everything in the book but give a many advice and things that benefit them. So, Im
surprised how the teacher cares about them and considering their interest and from
the other side has the pressures of teaching.
There are many things that the teacher do it for the students to be happy especially
the students in grade one. To encourage them to do well in the lesson they give
them a reward. I shocked that how the teacher this responsibility because there
are a lot of classrooms learned. Also, some teachers have a bus duty so she should
stay a school until the buses go. Some students didnt have anyone from her family
bring him a home that the teacher takes him a home. One of the hard
responsibilities that I shocked when the mentor told me.
I am very persuaded and delighted that I know everythings in our life will not find
easily. Also, nothing impossible when you want something. Also, the teacher in
school face many problems but she can skip the problem by thinking good and

previous experiences. So, when I become a teacher, I do everything that I can do it.
