1.0 ABSTRACT
The purpose of this experiment was to used MITUTOYO ROUNDTEST RA-1600
. The RA-1600M is a PC-based Roundness and Cylindrical-Form measuring system
with numerous analysis features including perpendicularity, coaxiality and
concentricity, allowing inspection of a wide manufactured [Link] easy manual
centering and leveling of the workpiece. Turntable with air bearing for extremely
precise and non-wearing [Link] and leveling using digital adjustment
table (DAT) supported by 4 digimatic micrometer [Link] also has software
ROUNDPAK user interface for rapid individual measurements,writing measurements
program,documentation and archiving of the [Link] ROUNDPAK you can
easily set your specific measuring programs, visualize the entire measuring process
and document the result in expressive and clearly arranged diagram and 3-D
[Link] also can control all servo-powered axes, center and level the
turntable, create part programs, analyze deviations in form and positions, offer a wide
range of graphic presentation options, recalculate analyses, analyze clashes and create
and store test [Link] instrument also is more easy to handle compare to CNC
machine.
