• This means that throughout the media world I
will be competing against some big names…
Including…
• Kerrang!
But…
• Kerrang is aimed at more Rock music than
Indie!
• Some of the music might be too heavy for our
readers!
• And some of the bands we love might be
overlooked!
And…
• Q!
But…
• Q is aimed at a slightly older audience so our
readers could end up feeling too young!
• Sometimes they focus on past artists or artists
that our readers may not remember!
• And some of our readers wont like that Q
sometimes follows popular culture!
And…
• There are also magazines such as –
• NME
• INDIE
• CITY
And…
• Other media such as websites for
magazines!
• Podcasts!
