INTRODUCTION

This section addresses the potential impact of the proposed project on utilities, including (1) water
service, and (2) wastewater. Information provided in this section came from the City of Los Angeles
Department of Water and Power, the City of Los Angeles Department of Public Works, City of Los
Angeles General Plan, and the Bureau of Sanitation. Each section includes an introduction, environmental
