1. Reference: General Orders No. 2015-19, Declaration of Graduates/
Termination of Detached Service dated September 25, 2015, issued at
Regional Training Center 4, Camp Nakar Lucena City;

In connection with the above, the undersigned
representing all twenty six (26) PNCOs, who have just undergone Public
Safety Junior Leadership Course (PSJLC), currently assigned at RPHAU,
PRO4A, is requesting for a five (5) days academic break from
September 29 to October 5, 2015.

Rest assured that we will adhere with the mandates and
standards of the PNP while on the said break.

Attached is the Declaration of Graduates/ Termination of
Detached Service.
