I. Define Leadership
Art of motivating a group of people to act towards achieving a
common goal.
TRUE LEADERSHIP (John C. Maxwell)
True leadership isnt about having a certain job, title, or position.
True leadership is about investing in people, building
relationships, and inspiring them.
True leadership is about achieving results and building a teama
team that produces.
True leadership is about helping people develop their own skills
to become leaders themselves.
True leaders who have skill and dedication can reach the pinnacle
of leadershipextending their influence for the benefit of others,
creating true leaders following behind.

1. AUTOCRATIC
Dictatorship
The word of the leader is LAW
Force and manipulation

Decision in unilateral
Goals are accomplished by giving direction to people
Not ideal but effective when situations warrant

It can use in urgent situations (avoiding stress/emergencies)

Inefficiency in terms of knowledge in membership
3. DELEGATIVE/LAISSEZ-FAIRE

Productivity is at risk of falling if this leadership style is
implemented on someone who could benefit from more guidance
and direction. It might also backfire, as it could look like the
manager is just lazy or cannot be bothered to lead properly
