Visit from the Polish sales office
Dear team
In our meeting earlier today, we discussed the programme for the visit and agreed the following:
Edith is going to meet the Polish team at the airport at 8:45 a.m. The sales team will join us for
coffee at 9:45 a.m. Eric will lead the meeting at 10:15. Were having lunch in the company
restaurant at 12:45 p.m., and in the afternoon, Veejay will take the visitors on a tour of the
factory. Well have a question and answer time and coffee at 4:00 p.m., and after that, Edith will
