Where is the CANbus located


The Volvo CANbus can be easily found in the
wiring loom:
Open the triangle shaped dashboard cover by
unscrewing the two screws in the cupholder
Unscrew the 4 screws in the fusebox
Under the fuse box you will find green/yellow
twisted wires
This is the CANbus

Wire Colors
Volvo Yellow
Volvo Green

= CAN High
= CAN Low

Volvo Orange = +J1708


Volvo Gray
= -J1708

Connecting the CANbus


Remove the green connector and connect the
Ffm-pro connectors in between
The black wire must be connected to the
ground
