Planning strong response using critical


thinking
1- Identify the topic idea and the controlling idea
2 planning strong response :
a- ask why , how , what , where for both topic and controlling elements
ex , what is the meaning of the ( topic idea ) , the answer can be used as the
introduction

start of first sentence , so second sentence connected by linker but the always

Essay structure:
Introduction

a- --------- indent ( hook ) Being happy in work means being happy in life ,
(background ) most people spend 40 years ,5 day a week , 8 hours a

day .when people are satisfied in their job , means they have a
positive attitude . Thesis ,I believe that the most important factors
to make employers satisfied are job benefits such as salary , yearly
increment , family status , education allowances and etc
.additionally , the motivation and career path are very necessary to
encourage workers create and innovate which will give individuals
sentimental appreciation
