Second Conditional: Negative Form Guide

This document discusses the second conditional in English grammar. It notes that the second conditional expresses a hypothetical action or event that could theoretically occur but is unlikely. It uses the structure "if + past tense, would + verb". Examples are given such as "If I got a raise, I would buy a flat" and "If you didn't listen to music, you would study better". Special cases involving "If I were you" and the verb "to be" are also covered. Exercises to practice the second conditional are referenced.
