How to Make Your Own Plastic Bag Jump Rope

(With plastic shopping bags)


A.- Materials: About 10 plastic shopping bags, a pair of scissors and duct tape.
B.- Process:

1.- Cut off the handles of the bags.


2.- Cut off de bottomd seams

3.- Next I cut the rectangle into long strips
4.- Make 6 plastic rings or more

5.- Spread open the plastic to look like a ring

6.- Lay one plastic rings over the other ring, and pull the top ring under and the bottom ring over :

8.- Make a knot as small

as posible by pulling the ends of each ring apart

9.- Make two more pieces like this

10.- Hold the ends together by using duct tape and also to create a handle

11.- Join the three pieces by plaiting them (by putting them over each other like a ponytail), being
careful letting the air out off. So the plaits are tight.

12.- Add another plastic ring to each end.


13.- Continue lengthening the jump rope as long as you want by adding and plaiting plastic rings.
