The police officer gains entry to the house by posing as a police officer investigating a local murder. He questions the homeowner, Aiden, about his whereabouts on a particular date. Aiden's brother Samuel, upstairs, shouts down in anger questioning why Aiden let the stranger in. Aiden then nervously asks the officer why he is really there. The officer then kills Aiden with a knife. Samuel discovers his brother's body, with the officer gone.

FADE IN
EXT. HOUSE - NIGHT
The Police Officer (Assassin) approaches the door of the
house and knocks three times.
INT./EXT. HOUSE - NIGHT
Aidan comes into the scene and answers the door. The Police
Officer (Assassin) shows his Badge.
AIDEN
Can I help you?
POLICE
Hello sir, sorry
there has been a
the area. I have
for you.

OFFICER (ASSASSIN)
to trouble you,
recent murder in
a few questions

AIDEN
Of course, come on in.
INT. HOUSE - NIGHT
The Police Officer (Assassin) enters the house and starts
walking towards the kitchen area. Samuel is upstairs
wondering who has entered the house.
AIDEN
So what questions do you need to
ask me?
POLICE OFFICER (ASSASSIN)
Can you tell me your
whereabouts on the date of the
23rd of this month?
AIDEN
Ermm I was with my brother Samuel,
here in fact.
POLICE OFFICER (ASSASSIN)
You dont seems to confident.

SAMUEL (O.S)
Aiden, whos that?
AIDEN
Its a police officer, hes come to
ask about a murder in the area.
SAMUEL (O.S)
(angrily shouting)
Why did you let him in?
AIDEN
(to the police officer,
stuttering fearfully)
Why are you really here?
The Police Officer (Assassin) reaches round to the knife
holder and grabs and knife.
THE STAIRS
Samuel starts making his way down the stair toward the hall
way the Police Officer and Aiden originally walked down.
SAMUEL
(concerned)
Aiden?
Samuel peaks his head round the wall at the bottom of the
stairs to see Aidens hand flop onto the ground, the Police
Office has at this point vacated the household.
FADE OUT
