Weekly Daily Routine Overview

Rosa Hernandez outlines her typical weekly schedule. Each morning she wakes up at 4am, takes a shower, gets dressed, makes breakfast for her family, and goes to work at the university. In the afternoons she works in the kitchen of a restaurant school, preparing and organizing food. On Fridays she closes up the restaurant kitchen for the day, and on Saturdays she cleans her house and does laundry.
