notice of my intention to divert the said land/or part thereof as
shown below for the purpose of constructing. ................and/or for
the purpose of. ............ .1 have paid the fine prescribed under Rule
107 and I am willing to pay the balance fine, if any, found due by the
authorities if so intimated to me. (The challan for the fine paid is
herewith enclosed)

being diverted, such portion should be clearly shown in the sketch).

an occupant of such land under Section 48-A of the Karnataka Land Reforms Act,
1961 (Karnataka Act 10 of 1962) nor am I a grantee of such land under Section 77
of the said Act,
