SCADA / RTU Commissioning

SCADA stands for Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition. The term SCADA usually refers to
centralized systems which monitor and control entire substation. Most control actions are
performed automatically by remote terminal units (RTU networks) or by programmable logic
controllers (PLC networks).The process can be industrial, infrastructure or facility based.
