$150 Registration Fee in form Money Order / Cashiers Check (NO PERSONAL CHECKS) made payable to
Bakersfield Jam OR Credit Card Authorization Form (if paying by credit card)
All materials should be sent via traceable carrier (e.g., FedEx, UPS, DHL) to ensure delivery.
