To : DG W & R Dte

GHQ Rawalpindi

Subject: Allotment of a plot on compassionate grounds:
With most respectfully, I humbly submit the following few lines for the sympathetic
consideration of worthy DG W & R for favourable action.
I Ex-PJO-182161 Sub/SMT Muhammad Nawaz has been retired from Pakistan Army after
completion of 32 years meritorious colour service from Adm Comd GHQ Rwp on 29
th
June 2004 and
since then I have been living in rented house. On my retirement, neither any land nor any plot has been
allotted to me. I want to mention here that I dont own any house, plot or land in my beloved country
and also I could not have been able to purchase the same during my service and even after the
retirement because of my two sons and four daughters which are still completing their higher
education.
Keeping the above situation in view, I request my honourable DG W & R for the sympathetic
favourable orders out of any option on compassionate grounds so that the shelter to my family could be
provided and their deprivation could be eliminated.
I along with my whole family would be ever grateful to you for this act of kindness.

Thanking you in anticipation.

Yours Obediently,
