Installation:

1. In Excel, use the Tools - Add-Ins command.
2. In the Add-Ins dialog box, click Browse and locate the [Link] file.
3. Click Exit to close the Add-Ins dialog box.
4. A new command (JWalk Enhanced Data Form) will appear on the Data menu.
NOTE: You can also use the File - Open command to install this add-in.
