Course Name: Organizational Behavior Term: III Course Objective: To acquaint the students with basic understanding of: 1. Human Behavior at workplace 2. People issues related to various facets of ones personality with respect of their job profiles 3. Conflict resolution and mitigation Evaluation Criteria: Internal Assessment Marks Out of 40 Marks 1. Class Participation (for notes preparation, class behavior, proactive participation and knowledge sharing) 05 Marks 2. Weekly Tests 15 Marks (conducted by the faculty every week) 3.
