Amanda's commitment to student learning has been evident from the beginning of her teaching block. Her confidence level continues to increase and she delivers lessons with comfort and ease. Amanda demonstrates a genuine concern for individual student needs and consistently seeks various methods to respond to them. She readily gives of her own time (recess, lunch) to work with students. Amanda demonstrates a natural ability to interact with and relate to children.

She demonstrates respect, fairness and equality in her treatment of students. Amanda makes necessary adjustments to lesson plans, assignments and tests in order to respond to and meet specific student needs.
