NSDL Return Preparation Utility (RPU) version 3.0 incorporates Financial Validation Utility (FVU) version 3.5 for processing quarterly e-TDS/TCS statements and corrections pertaining to FY 2020-21 and onwards. Changes were made to the structural validations of the Book Identification Number (BIN) quoted in quarterly TDS/TCS statements for TDS/TCS deposits made by Book entry to only apply to Government deductors.
