Alias - None Use Clamping Additional Info - Larger than a kelly clamp and often confused with the Peon Clamp of the same size; Carmalt clamps have the characterist jaw structure pictured. 2. Double Action Rongeur

Alias - None Use - Self Retaining Retractor Additional Info - Most commonly used in orthopedic and spine surgery. 4. Poole Suction

Alias - None Use - Suction Additional Info - All of the holes around the poole suction allow it to suck up large amounts of fluid without getting clogged. Perfect after irrigating the abdominal cavity.

Alias - Leksell Use - Cutting Additional Info - Used for cutting bone in othopedic and spine surgery.

5. Yankauer Suction Tip 3. Adrenalectomy is the surgical removal of one or both (bilateral adrenalectomy)adrenal glands. It is usually advised for patients with tumors of the adrenal glands. Pyeloplasty is the surgical reconstruction or revision of the renal pelvis to drain and decompress the kidney. Most commonly it is performed to treat an uretero-pelvic junction obstruction if residual renal function is adequate. 5. Rhinoplasty a nose job, is a plastic surgery procedure for correcting and reconstructing the form, restoring the functions, and aesthetically enhancing the nose, by resolving nasal trauma (blunt, penetrating, blast), congenital defect, respiratory impediment, and a failed primary rhinoplasty.

OR PROCEDURES
1. Punctoplasty is a surgical procedure to restore the proper drainage of tears when the Lacrimal punctum (puncta lacrimalia) gets blocked in one or both the eyes. 2. Rhizotomy is a term chiefly referring to a neurosurgical procedure that selectively destroys problematic nerve roots in the spinal cord, most often to relieve the symptoms of neuromuscular conditions such as spastic diplegia and other forms of spastic cerebral palsy.
