MTYMX SickKids Fundraiser Tops $2500.00 at Walton

The Markville Toyota Yamaha Motocross Racing team in association with Torbram
Electric Supply and DEWALT tools held a fundraising draw in support of the SickKids
Foundation at the Walton GNC/TransCan August 12-16, 2009 topping off their fund at
just over $2500.00.

Once again the racing families and fans of our sport demonstrated that “Motocross
cares” as visitors to the display table donated to the cause and entered to win one of 50
fantastic prizes.

These included a Serius Satellite car radio with 6 months subscription, a Bell Helmet,
DEWALT Cordless Power Tools, work lights, fans, flashlights, moon-ray lights, hats, tees,
shirts, hoodies, gloves, a weekend car rental, magazine subscriptions and much more.
Stickers, key chains, air fresheners and lanyards were given out to every entrant.

Many thanks go out to Mark Perrin and Chris Lee for affording the opportunity to set up
“downtown” on Blair Morgan Blvd. as well as to the following companies whose
donations made this initiative possible:

DeWalt, Torbram Electric Supply, Progressive Lighting, Energy One, Toyota Canada Inc.,
Markville Toyota, Yamaha Motor Canada, Inside Motocross Magazine, IMX Magazine
and MC Extreme.

fund may still make arrangements to do so by contacting MTYMX at the same email
address by August 28, 2009.
